If a solution has an absorbance of 0.333, how would you find the value of %T?
From this
http://teaching.shu.ac.uk/hwb/chemistry/tutorials/molspec/beers1.htm
, it looks like the equation is A = 2 - log10 %T
I'm rusty with logs but I'm guessing there's an easy way to plug and chug using a calculator.

I think Transmittance = P
output
/P
input
, whereas A (absorbance) = -log
10
(P
output
/P
input
) = -log
10
(Transmittance). Then you just rearrange for Transmittance.
