evening everyone,

this is going to sound crazy , i had a phone call from a friends to turn matt emultion paint in  a 1000 litre container to hard solution.

hes asked me for a chemical or solution that would make this matt emultion paint go solid .

he needs a cheap eco friendly chemical solution or gel that could do this


help would be really appreciated
