I'm not sure how to go beyond what I've already figured out and written. I'm not so great with spectroscopy, and I would really appreciate some guidance as to how to figure out the compound structure.

Think about which functional groups that O could be part of - look at your data, it is showing all the characteristic signs of a particular O-containing functional group...

Look a the splitting patterns for the 2 x CH and CH3. What are the splitting patterns and what do those patterns indicate in terms of connectivity?

There is an aldehyde group at 9~10ppm in the  1h NMR spectrum and from the the IR spectrum you see a C=O group at 1710cm-1, that confirms an aldehyde within the structure. Good luck with the rest!
