Hi, I occasionally need to draw biological structures in computer for assignment and other purposes. For simpler structures, I use CHEMDRAW present in my faculty's computer lab. But it is very difficult to draw complex structures with it.

So I am looking for a program (preferably free) which will allow me to draw the complex (and perhaps 3D) diagrams. Can any of you recommend one?
