I am trying to make  lists of biodegradable and non-biodegradable polymers. While listing biodegradable polymers appears easier, listing non-biodegradable polymers is proving difficult.

So far, I have collected polycarbonates, polyurea, polyurethanes etc. and some very common ones. But I like to make a rich list.

Can you recommend any source (books, journals, websites) for this purpose.

An absolutely fantastic handbook about polymers (for users rather than producers):
Kunststofftabellen, by Bodo Carlowitz (only in German)
it won't tell which one is biodegradable, but you'll have a nearly complete list of everything.

In addition to "biodegradable", you might want to distinguish if a polymer is degraded by Sunlight. Sunlight uses to act more quickly than bio on polymers, and can be a first step to biodegradation.
