Policy on resurrection?
« on: April 14, 2014, 07:52:29 AM »
What's the ChemicalForums policy on asking a question related to old threads? let's say no-one has posted there for a while and the OP is most likely no longer active. But we want to comment on the question or ask something further. Is it appropriate to start a new thread, or resurrect the old one?

There is no "one size fits all" type of answer.

In general it is better to start a new thread, but if that would mean repeating half of an old discussion to explain what it is about, I have no problems with a post in an old thread.
