Forget about trying to find exams, get textbooks with difficult problems instead. (Don't know what topic or field you are looking for, so I can't recommend) Beyond that IChO is good for the topics it covers.

I'm looking for physical and analytical chemistry problems.
Do u know any books except atkins ,Levine,skoog,Christian ,and Harris which has difficult questions?
