allyl pattern in nmr

How does allyl protons appear in HNMR
I have doublet at 4 ppm, two doublets at 5-5.5 ppm and multiplet at 6 ppm
how can this be explained

Can you post your spectra? What are the integrals of these peaks.

What is the operating frequency of the instrument?

Please show your attempt to assign these?
