How advanced and/or in depth are you looking for?

Zubrick's lab survival manual is a great book for inexperienced chemists, Vogel's is a handy tome.

I second both of those references for good general guides to various wet lab procedures.  Zubricks is a bit smaller but a good starting point most of the common things you will need to do.  Vogals is bigger and more detailed, but in certain parts can be a bit out-dated as techniques have progressed as new equipment has become commonly available.

When in doubt, avoid the Stille coupling.
