If you look up a solid chemical in a Merck Index or a CRC handbook (or, sometimes, on Wikipedia, though I would confirm anything I found on the Wiki with a more reputable source like Merck or CRC) you can generally find information on solubility. Usually this will just tell you what it's miscible, soluble, or insoluble in, which is a good place to start. For more specific solubility information, you will need to consult the literature or a technical handbook. Both the Merck Index and the CRC Handbook should be available at your library.
Worse come to worst, if you are in lab, you can always do a quick solubility assay yourself with a rack of test tubes, small amounts of the solid, and small amounts of the solvents you have available. I did that a couple times during grad school because I was working with compounds with no reported solubility information.
