I'm confused as to how I should work this out?
If partial pressure = Henry's constant x concentration, I can work out the partial pressure of B from the partial pressure of A and then how would I work out the concentration?

You don't know the partial pressure of A. You are given the partial pressure of B. Plot pB vs. xB and determine the slope. Careful with units - you are plotting against mole fraction, not concentration.
