If you use the equation pv=nrt, then you can see how the change in pressure can change the temperature.  When you scratch a glass with a straw, you can create visible nucleation sites on the walls of the glass (bubbles).  Depending on what your autoclave is made out of, it can lead to the doping of your autoclaves walls. 

Even though you may not see it, it might be damaging the autoclave over time.  This could cause your autoclave to be ineffective over time.  I would also worry about it beino dangerous for yourself.

Perhaps you should look into oxidation of unopened wine with no cork.  Diffusion of atoms into a material. The difference of the slope of the solidus-liquidus line of water vs something like CO2.  How to freeze a coke bottle on youtube.  I hope I helped you some.
