I want to know how a sulfated polisaccharide could react with methylene blue, some teachers told me that methylene blue changed to methylene violet.
I want to know what is the reaction mechanism of that

I suggest that you draw out the structure of MB on the left-hand side and the structure of MV on the right-hand side.
Decide what has happened to the MB structure and try to deduce a mechanism from that.
