depens on what you need. to you need an explanation how to interpret spectra or just some sort of database with chemical shifts and coupling constants etc?

Spectroscopic Methods in Organic Chemistry 6th edition by Dudley H Williams and Ian Fleming also deserves consideration

Structure Determination of Organic Compounds by Erno Pretsch, Philippe Buhlman, and Martin Badertscher is what most people I know use for tables with chemical shifts, coupling constants, etc
