Calculate the rate of sugar uptake in umol/g yeast/min for D-Glucose.
Ab 520 nm
D-Glucose
Time: 0 is 0.911
Time: 30 min is 0.345
Sugar uptake.
2.9 mL Kphos buffer pH 7.5
1 mL yeast suspension
0.1 mL 50 mM sugar
