How to make tea water-soluble?
«

Hello! I found several water-soluble teas. They are powderized leaves, I think often ribose is added to make the powder water soluble.
Do you know the exact procedure? For example:
- powderize the leaves
- add ribose
- etc.
THANKS!

I haven't heard about using ribose, but couldn't you just make a really concentrated hot tea with tea bags and tea leaves, then freeze dry or boil off the liquid and collect what's left over?
