Evening all
I am new here and hoping that someone can help me.

I am hoping to make a cleaning product. I have 3 ingredients. Sodium Percarbonate, Sodium Chloride and Surfacants

I have the first 2 but am slightly confused by the surfacant side. 

I had thought that a non nio laundry detergent would be ok is that correct?

Also how do I know how much to mix of all?

Sodium percarbonate (30-40% vol)
Sodium Chloride (60-70% vol)
