im just wondering if u use a lot of chemistry or even a litle within medicine, dentistry, oral health and pharmacy. these are the courses im interested and just wondering if i would need a good background knowledge of chemistry if i take any 1 of these courses. im currently year 12!!

I study industrial pharmacy in Italy...

Edit:... and all I can tell you is that a basic knowledge of inorganic and organic chemistry is required.

You'll definitely need _some_ chemistry in all of these subjects (the most in pharmacy). Dependent on you, your university, teachers, tutors this is either a piece of cake or damn hard. If you have the possibility to take a chemistry course now, I can only recommend you to take it. Not that chemistry knowledge did any harm to anybody so far

cool, but does biology play a bigger part in med,dentistry and oral health. cause i dont reali like biology, remembering to much stuff.

I would imagine for the different medical fields that Biochemistry would be important as far as chemistry goes. Also in the medical fields biology and anatomy are probably used. A pharmacist definately needs chemistry.
