why is that cyclopentanone oxime have 5 different c peaks
here c2 and c3 connect to c4,c5 and other side with c1. c4 and c5 are not so much different and c1 gives same conditions to c2 and c3 why are they  give 2 different peaks.
thank you.

why is that cyclopentanone oxime have 5 different c peaks

Simply put, there are 5 different carbons in the molecule. Consider replacing each of them in turn with silicon or some phantom element (assume same valency etc) and you will see that there are 5 different molecules formed.
C2 and C3 are different as are C4 and C5, consider the rotation of the C=N bond.

thank you for your answer but I am not clear about rotation of C=N.here we have pi bond and as my knowledge there fore C=N bond can't rotate.I agree with you there is no symmetry on this molecule.but my point is effect from C1 is same for both C2 and C3 carbons and both of them are in same surround should give only 1 peak.

Lack of rotation means one of these carbon is always closer to the OH group.

B and E are on the same side of OH
C and D are on the other side of the ring.
