Conversion from Gram to ml

I've 5gms of Glyoxal-bis(2-hydroxyanil) with molecular weight of 240.26,How to convert the same to 100ml of 0.01M alchoholic solution?

Please explain the method.

Calculate how many moles has the solution.  The moles you covert then to the mass with the molar mass.
