Hello everyone. I'm unable to get the ignition for the FID detector connected to the GC. The air and hydrogen pressure are adjusted to recommended values. What could be the reason for this. How can I check/fix it?

I'm used to the series II+.
All I can offer are sanity checks. The FID was always very reliable.
Are you using a hydrogen generator or hydrogen tank? Are the pressures
at the tank or generator ok?
Is your air line filtered? No chance of any problem there?
Good luck.

A trick I often used was while holding down the ignitor button (with gases set to recommended levels), and would hear that clicking noise, I would gently blow into the FID so glow plug would grow a brighter orange and ignite.
