I've looked all over the place...I've tried searching online using various phrases and the like but I can't find one single site that gives me really good answers to those questions. I chose the automobile industry but I wasn't able to find what I needed so I decided to try the farming industry. I haven't been able to find everything I need about that one either so now it's down to "Which can you do the easiest?" I just need some good sites, ones that don't give me thin answers...if I could find the information, I could do the assignment rather easily.

I think farming would be an easy industry to do.  Chemistry in the agricultural industry is primarily involved in the production of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, so look for information on those.  If you want to do somehting on the automotive industry, I would look for information on the vulcanization of rubber to start.
