Synthesis of olefins by elimination

Tried to synthesize olefin by de hydroxylation of hydroxy compound, using H3PO4 condition but failed. Any other suggestions please

What happened? No reaction? Side reaction? If you don't try to understand what went wrong, you will struggle to solve the problem.

"H3PO4 condition" is very little information to work with.
