I think NH2- attacks Br- because it is electrophile but that is not true. Why? ???

I don't understand. What do you mean?

If you redraw it the way I showed and look at the motif I have highlighted, you should see a resemblance to a certain family of carbonyl compounds.

But i wonder that why NH2- doesn't attack directly Br-

NH2- does not attack the Br-. It attacks the carbon atom the Br is attached to.
