Gene Ontology database for kinetic parameters
« on: December 21, 2015, 12:20:35 PM »
Does any one here use the Gene Ontology database. I want to use it to look at some enzyme kinetic parameters, which i've been told the database now catalogues, but i can't seem to find them via SQL.

Thanks for any help.

I am not familiar with this database.  However, are there other sources of information that would suit your needs, such as BRENDA?

Yes, i'm using BRENDA and SABIO for my actual work, but i have a side project i have to complete for my course which requires the use of the Gene Ontology database. It seems like a very sketchy database, but maybe i'm still not able to navigate it properly.
