Nickel (II) chloride(aq) + sodium hydroxide (aq) --> ?
Is this right:

Molecular equation: NiCl2(aq) + 2NaOH(aq) --> Ni(OH)2(s) + 2NaCl(aq)
Ionic equation:       Ni 2+  &  2Cl-   &  2Na+ & 2OH-  --> Ni(OH)2(s) & 2Na+ 2Cl-

I'll second that.

Equation:

NiCl2(aq) + 2NaOH(aq) ---> Ni(OH)2(s) + 2NaCl(aq)

Ionic:

Ni2+(aq) + 2Cl-(aq) + 2Na+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ---> Ni(OH)2(s) + 2Na+(aq) + 2Cl-(aq)

Net ionic:

Ni2+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ---> Ni(OH)2(s)

Ni2+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ---> Ni(OH)2(s)

Should be

Ni2+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ---> Ni(OH)2(s)

(note (aq) and (s) are not subscripts!).
