cupper sulphate +sodium hydroxide------->cupper hydroxide + sodium sulphate
CuSO4 +NaOH------>CuOH +NaSO4

sodium chloride + silver nitrate-------->sodium nitrate + silver chloride
NaCl + AgNO3-------> NaNO3 +AgCl

Potassium Iodide + Lead Nitrate------->potassium nitrate + Lead Iodide
2KI + Pb(NO3)2 --------> 2KNO3 + 2PbI

Dilute sulphuric acid +barium Chloride-------->Hydrochloric acid +barium sulphate
H2SO4 + BaCl ----------> 2HCl + BaSO4

are these corect?

They aren't balanced.

You should use subscripts where appropriate.

First equation is wrong anyway because copper is Cu2+ and sodium is Na+.

Copper is spelt "copper" not cupper, probably a typo though ;)

Do you have to state whether they are solids or aqueous?
