how can i produce LABSA in a small scale setting

As an entrepreneur ,I work on several formulations from time to time,pls how can I produce LABSA also known as slurry acid

The sufonation reaction uses esoteric acids and none too common substrates, but if you're up for a discussion, start with the sufonation reaction from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sulfonic_acid#Preparation  Then we can discuss where you'll get the reagents, and where you'll find the space to use them.
