How to calculate the mass percentage of an aqueous solution

An aqueous solution contains NaCl 5mg/mL and KCl 45 mg/mL. Calculate the mass % of the NaCl and KCl.

Maybe lookup in your textbook or class notes the definition of mass %, and copy that formula here and maybe begin to plug in what you know?
