Somebody who could explain how we can be sure to remove the substance one wishes by distillation and how to distill substances with higher boiling point than 155

This is a learning forum, we like to help people help themselves.  You've asked a simple definition likely found in the most basic text.  We can't "help" with a task like that, we can only do it for you and give it to you.  And we don't want to do that.

I also wonder about the second part -- why can;t a substance with a boiling point higher than 155 be distilled?
