I am last year Medicine student, and I know the role of NO in humans but I do not know chemistry of NO.This substance causes decrease in eNOS activity and increase in NO bioavailability. I am sorry if it is stupid question and i read all this articles because i am writing a review paper about this medicine. i realize that this supstance doesnt look anything like NONOates or any other NO donors, but beacause it causes a increase in NO, and decrease in eNOS i thought that it could be NO donor. Now I realized that I was problably wrong.
