Isothermally cooled
« on: June 26, 2016, 04:58:05 PM »
Can someone help me to understand what this means?

I know isothermal means no change in temperature

But how can something be isothermally cooled.
If its "cooled" doesn't that imply a change in temperature

"Isothermally cooled" makes no sense to me. Can you give the context of where you saw/heard this phrase?
