I still confuse why Boric acid has two CAS number. 10043-35-3 and 11113-50-1.
Any body can please explain the difference of those CAS number.

I remember reading some descriptions saying that it is not uncommon, especially for simple substances, added to the database early, to have more than one CAS number. Either because initially the numbers were assigned in a more lousy way or because it wasn't obvious that substances from different sources are actually the same thing chemically.

Many people here assign a very high meaning to a CAS number, that the registry just simply doesn't deserve.  Chemical Abstracts Services just assigns a number to a chemical if you pay them, and stores it in their database, and lets you use them in documents.  That's all.  I've mentioned this before:

So I can conclude that the difference of these Boric Acid CAS number might be due to different manufactures.

No, you can't conclude that.  That's one reason, but it could also have been done for no reason at all.  CAS doesn't mind, so long as you pay them, and companies deliberately re-register existing chemicals, just to obfuscate.
