Find the compound through NMR

If you could help me figure out the compound with any pointers on how to do it, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I think that the compound is 1-chloro-4-tert-butoxybenzene, can anyone confirm this?

I know the chemical formula is C10H13OCl

I think that your guess is not unreasonable, but it isn't clear how you got there.
