disinfectant composition - comments pls

 ???Dear All,

I would like to know if the substances mentioned below
can CO-EXIST/STABLE together in the SAME solution?
If not, kindly mention why(eg interactions,pH, etc)
Please note all the chemicals,values,inter-relations
CAREFULLY, then let me have your esteemed comments.

1)Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid  -  15%  vol
2)Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphonate       -   7%  vol
3)Perfumes                                       - 0.01% vol
4)Caustic (sodium hydroxide)              -   5%  vol
5)Sodium Hypochlorite                        -  2.5% vol
6)Water                                             - 60.78%vol
7)Benzalkonium Hydrochloride              -  0.21%vol
8)Sodium Gluconate                             -   4.5%vol
9)Paracetic acid                                   -   5%  vol

- pH is 3.91
- Active detergent index is 8.3%
- Paracetic acid is a mixture of acetic acid and  
  hydrogen peroxide.

I haven't looked over this all too much, but I can tell you right away that you will have trouble with the sodium hypochlorite at a pH of only 3.91.  At low pH, hypochlorite solutions tend to give off chlorine gas.  That is why you aren't supposed to mix acidic cleaners with bleach.
