I have trouble writing:
1. Dissolution equation of a solid
2. Hydrolysis reaction(s) equations responisble for any observed change in pH of solution
a) Ammonium iron(II) sulfate
1. (NH4)2 Fe(S04)2 (s) -------> 2NH4+ (aq) + Fe2+ (aq) + 2SO4 2- (aq)
I don't understand the charge (valencies) to get the compound of ammonium iron (III) sulfate ie (NH4)2 Fe(S04)2
2. In the experiment the pH was 4
- [Fe(H20)6]2+ (aq) + H20 (l) <------> [Fe(H2O)5OH]+ (aq) + H3O+ (aq)
I don't know how to get [Fe(H20)6]2+ especially 6 times of water
b) Ammonium iron(III) sulfate pH was 4
c) Glycine
1. NH2CH2COOH (s) ----> NH2CH2COOH
2.
