Yes, but I don't know which chemistry course you are doing, which country you are in, what are HS chem finals..

I dont' know where you live but I find Coles Notes extremely helpful as they give explainations as well as problems to work through for practice.  I know you can only get Coles NOtes in Canada though.  In the US they have something similar but I can't think of the name.
