I wouldn't say it has "absolutely nothing" to do with the physical definition of energy. Energy: the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity. See there, physical or mental vitality. So now I know my research has some coorilation to the definition because feeling enrgized can be mental.
Please. Please use e.g. the term "vitality" or something similar, but not energy. It makes any serious natural scientist with some sort of phyiscal or chemical background uncomfortable if you use the term energy in this context. Really. It mentally hurts.
