I need to prepare Coronene-1,2,7,8-tetracarboxylic acid tetrapotassium salt for my project. I have coronene, potassium hydroxide and methanol as starting materials. If anyone suggests me an easy method, it will be very helpful. I have added the chemical structure with this.

How did you come up with those starting materials?  Did you read about them somewhere?  If so, keep reading, and follow the protocol.  If you didn't read about those materials, how did you know that they'd work?
