Try the sticky thread at the very top of this forum. Clayden & Co is probably the best in general.

Name reaction books are usually good as well, I would recommend the one by Mundy, but the one by Jack Li is decent as well.

Maybe the best for learning how to write mechansisms is "The Art of Writing Reasonable Organic Reaction Mechanisms" by Grossman.  Make sure you get the latest edition though, there were a couple of notable errors in the earlier ones.
