Hello, folks.

I graduated from Cal in 1969 with a BScChE.  Since then I also earned a MBA.  I have spent most of my career as a project engineer or project manager with E&C firms such as Bechtel, Jacobs, and IC-Engineering.  My current job is a contract process/project engineer with an oil company's research facility.  This a great fun as I get to do some actual chemical engineering and I work with the research scientists on new concepts and processes.

I am encouraged to see so many young people interested in chemical engineering.  Keep it up!

Hi guys
I am a PhD student in Tianjin University of China, my major is chemical engineering, and I will be graduated about 1 year later. My research interest is modeling and simulation of chemical or petrochemical processing system. This forum is an very good place to know somebody studying or working in the chemical engineering area.
After my PhD doctorate defense, I really want to get a job in industry, to do something like R&D works, or to get a job in engineering design company.
Anyway, nice to meet you guys here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jason

Hello everyone! I'm just about to finish my first year of chemical engineering courses here at The Ohio State University. I don't think I could be happier with my choice of concentration over chemistry. It was a tough choice between the two. Anyway, I hope to keep in touch as I move my way more so into the core of chemical engineering.
