Assume that wheat germ acid phosphatase (mw 55,000; pHI=7.4) requires an aspartic acid residue (pK 4.5) and a histidine residue (pK 6.0) for activity. What is the percentage of maximal activity still present at pH 7.2 (cellular pH)

You must have found an equation in your textbook that covers this case. That would be a good start.
