May I know how to calculate amount of sodium acetate and acid acid to produce 500ml 50ppm of fluoride solution?

acid acid
I guess that's not what you wanted to write.
If what you meant was "acetic acid", it still doesn't help. There is no source of fluorides. Plus, in the case of the buffer it is pH that matters, no pH given, no way to prepare a buffer solution.

There was a journal about
500ml of 50 ppm fluoride at pH5 were prepared by mixing 0.0552g of sodium fluoride with 4.1057g of sodium acetate and 1.65 ml of acetic acid.
What I want to ask is the formula to get the amouts of sodium acetate and acetic acid that stated abive.

What formulas do you know, and what formulas do you think that you need but do not know? For example, do you know how to convert from grams to moles?
