im asking this cause im not 100% percent sure
i have NaOH + Ca(OCl)2 ----> NaClO
caustic soda + calicium hypoclorite will that give me sodium hypoclorite

Both hypochlorites are soluble in water. How would you like to isolate the product.

Solely looking at the chemical equation, that is one of the two products. Moreover, you know that it's not balanced at all, don't you?

NaClO
and
Ca(OH)
2
, didn't you?
