hi all
I have some questions on distillation experiment

1- why interaction btw water and formic acid azeotrope  mixture is stronger than two water molecules?

2- why when start distillation if we start with high temperature degree the distillation will be done very faster than starting with low temperature?

3- in steam distillation why each constituent independently exerts its own vapor pressure as a function of temperature as if the other constituent were not present?
