does anyone know any such beverages? just to help reduce the excess of acid in my stomaches!
You could try consuming bird's nest soup, camembert cheese, egg whites, graham crackers, peanut soup, tea, tofu or wax gourd drink.
Out of that list I think tea is your best bet, as most of them aren't beverages! Also mineral water is slightly basic.
Also- don't go overboard with antacids or alkaline stuff because you can get infections since bacteria tend to thrive in alkaline conditions.
