How to calculating the fractional composition of EDTA at a specific pH?

Why don't you plug numbers and calculate by yourself?

But I should know the [H+] to calculate fractional composition? But its not given?
And how does the fractional composition equation above for Y4- changes at different pHs?

You are asked "How does it change with pH" - so you need to plug different pH values and check what is happening. Making a plot in a spreadsheet will be quite fast.
