mixed mode HPLC
« on: April 28, 2019, 03:41:34 AM »
Hi,

Im trying to understand mixed mode HPLC. Im a current Chemistry student. For one of my projects we used a mixed mode HPLC colum (RP and SCX).
Im struggling to work out exactly how the SCX works alongside RP for separation as from what I can find online it SCX uses a gradient elution, however we used isocratic flow.
Can anyone give advice or point me in the right direction?

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you
