Oxidation and Reduction of Non metals.
« on: May 08, 2019, 10:25:58 AM »
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redox

Can Oxidation and Reduction be applied to Non metals in periodic table of elements?

If yes, What will be the chemical reactions?

Will their be industrial applications for those chemical reactions on Non metals?

Thanks & Regards,
Prashant S Akerkar

They certainly can.

There are many, many reactions. Short answer is: learn some chemistry. Don't keep asking us to spoon-feed it to you.

Many industrial applications. For example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sulfuric_acid#Manufacture

Thanks.

Is there a dedicated site which will display all the Oxidation and Reduction chemical reactions on Non metals?

Thanks & Regards,

Not that I know of. That's a bit like asking is there a site that displays all chemical reactions (of which redox reactions are a substantial fraction). No - there are far too many.
It looks like you're seeking a short cut that just isn't available. You need to put in the time and effort to study the chemistry of the elements (and recognise a redox reaction when you see one).
